Skeletal Queen Mother portrait cameo

In those piece I have taken an existing work of art by the highly regarded and mush collected Wedgwood and delicately altered the image to reveal the skeletal form of our much loved Queen Mother. By carefully hand carving the image I have managed to reveal her mortal frame and show the delicate vulnerability and human side of one of the monarchy. We often miss that these people are fallible and very mortal human beings, they are flesh bone and blood and in the end are just as we all are.

This piece comes boxed along with the original signed certificate by the sculptor who captured her image when this was first made. It was piece number 105 in a limited run of only 1000 so now it is number one in a very limited run of only one.
